110.8, 11,27(B), 300.3(A)- Exposed conductors running in and out of meter bases shall be installed in a recognized wiring method of chapter 3.
230.70(A)(1)- Main disconnecting means of service shall be on exterior of building or immediately on inside.
BCC 4 05 31(C)- Unfused conductors shall not enter a structure unless underground fed with a max of 4 1/2' in length.
240.24- Over current devices shall not be installed over stairs.
Service reconnect was granted on temporary basis so other tenants would not be without power for an extended period of time.
60 amp feeds to each apartment ok to remain if no changes done to apartments.
Complete service change is required.

Discussed with contractor service calculation results in approx. 140 amp minimum service needed for an additional branch circuit for hot tub. Contractor to increase service or prove calculation less than what exists by final.
