System 8 sub fab reinspection items include spacing at the temporary wall is 7'-6", four obstructed uprights adjacent to temporary unistrut trapeeze members, added outlet for chemical cabinets not shown on plans, missing potter air vent per drawings, added vestibules 000B and 002B including fire protection are not included on plans, sheetrock soffit enclosure at the new catwalk creates obstructions in three areas, need to add coverage under newly extended ductwork over 4', missing intermediate hangers under both stairways. Noted overspaced uprights under ductwork system 8 mechanical. Previous c/n items at some areas have been completed. Also noted quantities of sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, process water, DI and IW located within the building.

Completed EM light testing, noted two non-functional lights and one exit sign. Walkthrough completed for fire sprinkler coverage. PFE's okay.

Fire alarm permit finaled.

Remove manual thumbturn at the main entry, post "door to remain...." signage per plan review notes.

Overhead install at the break and work rooms only approved for cover as marked and dated on stamped plans.

Scope of fire alarm work completed satisfactory. Inspection passed.
