Partial life fire safety inspection complete. Final fire sprinkler inspection complete, final fire alarm inspection complete, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags, knox box is in place. There is a building permit for racking associated with this tenant that is not attached to this project (BLD17-00043), this permit is in issued status, the racking permit will need a final inspection performed, when the racking permit inspection is complete and passed BLD15-01997 permit can be finaled for fire life safety. Signage for the FACP room as well as signage for fire sprinkler riser access will be installed, will verify installation of signage during racking permit inspection

Round type door handle on north exit door needs to be replaced with single action lever type door hardware. Same northside exit door has wood and bracketing across the door securing the door shut, wood and bracket needs to be removed permenantly for emergency egress at all times. Thumb-turn deadbolt on main front entry needs to be changed to a double-key deadbolt and the proper signage installed on main door as specified in fire code review comments. No fire extingusher on site at time of inspection, fire extinguisher will need to be tagged with the correct inspection tag and mounted before final fire inspection.
