Corrections noted at previous inspections have been completed, fire life safety is acceptable. Noted permanent signage at the doors to the FACP and fire riser rooms to be posted prior to structural final as agreed.

Fire sprinkler permit work is ready for final pending satisfactory test of the riser supervisory and alarm devices per project related FA permit.

OH fire sprinkler rough-in is acceptable, final pending ceiling tile and escutcheons.

Inspection for OH cover at unit G5 only, shell and core plans marked for area inspected, noted pendent heads at some locations are in close proximity to electrical junction boxes and may present an obstruction depending on the type of light fixture installed, also noted field modifications which need to be shown on as-built plans.

Per inspection completed on 2/22/07, correction notice items have been completed. Fire life safety final pending completion of an approved secondary FD access road meeting requirements of the attatched fire code review notes. Okay for temp. occupancy for a period of two weeks per Ren Ross, Boise City FD.
