Several items noted during field inspection include; incorrect cd ratings at appliances in lobby 214 and hallway 213, sd at hallway 131 too close to an HVAC grill, notification device at hallway 129 overspaced off the end of the corridor, noted 14ga wire at notification circuts where 16ga is shown per plan, missing the smoke detector at lobby 102, strobe location at RR 107 has been moved, missing horn at B-2-13 EOL, plans show a strobe only at vestibule 201, hi/lo pressure switch not used per matrix, damper at ID S15 is not functional, sample tube at the duct detector does not appear to be supported or extend through the ductwork at the other side- see plan note #4, offsite monitoring reports the incorrect building address to dispatch. NOTE: Most issues repaired or adjusted while on site, the balance of system testing passed, remainder of outstanding items to be re-tested tomorrow as discussed. Request a copy of the list of signals sent today including correct address at next site visit. Added relay for the delayed egress hardware tested okay.

UG fire supply line permit work okay for final status per activity notes and overhead system testing for project related FIR's.

Begin 24 hour air test at the 4" dry valve at 3:30PM @48 psig.

Project related fire sprinkler permit needs finaled, BLD permit is described as a vanilla shell however it appears the tenant has taken occupancy of the area within the scope of work.

Final pending ceiling tile and escutcheons.
