Remove the thumbturn dead bolt from the main exit, keyed is ok and provide the sticker as discussed. Provide the exit sign as discussed at the main exit door. Repair the exit sign at the rear door and remove the thumbturn deadbolt as discussed. Contact plan review and see what they need for updated floor plans.
