Upright heads in main level 1 hallway are to close to the deck, a minimum of 1 in is required. Provide fire sprinkler head on northside of commercial kitchen hood. Dry sidewalls on exterior canopy need to be relocated to provide proper coverage. Utility room next to kitchen has head to far off of wall, room is ordinary hazard and sprinkler head is to far off of wall. Provide heads gaurds on fire sprinkler heads located under stairs and stair landing on level 1.

Partial final inspection complete for fire alarms, checked interface between hood alarm activation and fire alarm panel, audio visual device inspection is complete, initiating devices have been inspected with exception to fire sprinkler components, tampers and flow switch will need to be tested after flush on underground has been completed, all in-duct detectors have been inspected, signals have been verified with monitoring service.

Hydrostatic test for overhead fire sprinkler piping witnessed, no pressure loss observed at riser provided gauge (Underground was not fushed by end of inspection, system was filled with hose from domestic water supply, overhead cannot be turned on until flush is complete, if overhead is turned on before flush then all sprinkler heads will be pulled and drained due to possible debris)
