Verbal to RP:
1.Clean up all sediment and debris off of hard surfaces along where the sidewalk where the hydro-seeding has occured.
2.Maintain D.I.'s pertaining to project.
3. Clean up concrete spoil pile at the access in the court to the west.
Will re-inspect on 2/26/09PM.

Told GC to re-install silt fence per industry standards. Also to stablize or block off the access point to the west of the stabilized access. Will re-inspect on 2/26/09 PM.
