BCC 4-05 15- Electrical installations shall be done be a electrical contractor or journeyman employed by contractor. Basement bath floor heat installed by tile installer. Need in writing contractor to take responsiblity for floor heat installation and GFCI protection.
410.16- Recessed closet luminaires shall have totally enclosed lamps.
422.30- Hard wired kitchen appliances shall have a disconnecting means. 110.25 lock outs acceptable.
