Exit lights did not stay illumunated when test button was pressed, all exit lights need serviced/replaced. Emergency egress lights would not illuminate when test buttons were pressed, all egress lights need to be serviced/replaced. Smoke detector missing in front of elevator at the basement level, smoke detector needs to be installed and verified for operation for smoke curtian activation. Smoke detectors on 1st floor as well as attic level need to be tested for operation with smoke curtian activation.

No fire sprinkler modifications, no fire alarm modifications, fire extinguishers have current inspection tags. Door to area of work is an existing door with round type door knob, informed point of contact that door handle may need to be changed to lever type single action door hardware. Life fire safety inspection passed/complete.
