See the correction notice left at the job site for items needing addressed.. Per a conversation with Scott the remote FDC and PIV arer not required. I measured the distance from the existing fire hydrant to the now wall mounted PIV and FDC and the distance is roughly 250'-0" which is ok with Scott.

Approved for cover partial lobby. Apparently, the other portion of the lobby was approved in a prior inspection. One hanger clip was missing and was being installed.

UDG Hydrotest pasted held 220# for 2 hours.

This was a cover inspection at multiple areas of the underground supply piping. See the city approved plans for locations where the piping is ok to cover.

The first and second floor restrooms are ok to occupy.

A temporary occupancy was given until one of the main entry/exit doors is provided with approved single action hardware and the locking hardware is removed.

The fire alarm systems in the first and second floor dining areas operated correctly. As-built plans will be required at a minimum or possibly resubmittals depending on how many other changes are made to the project. Just in these two areas the a/v's are ceiling mount instead of wall mount, duct smoke detectors have been added, spot type detector has been added for hvac shutdown and the wall layout has changed. Also the spot type detector being used for hvac shut down has been installed out side of its listing as far as max. cfm and the physical positioning within the duct opening.
