Fire life safety passed inspection, noted two covers at SD to be removed after const. cleaning is finished and prior to occupancy, contractor also agreed to remove locking hasp at the door to the mech. room while on site.

On site visit with Joe the building manager, work appears completed okay, no documents available on site.

The installation does not match plan (mains re-routed, antifreeze supply point moved, heads deleted, DSW heads added, branch lines moved, etc.), 1st floor has overspaced and blocked heads at several locations, SW heads installed too low, 2nd floor has overspaced uprights, mixed temp. heads in the same fire area, blocked upright at the atrium, antifreeze install does not match plan, will require plan resubmittal reflecting actual installation.

Corrections are complete, fire sprinkler permit finaled.

OH rough-in is okay for cover at the areas and rooms as circled on approved plans, noted two missing heads in OR17, one damaged head in the corridor, and possible obstruction issues by the curtain track at some patient rooms.

Fire alarm permit finaled.

Missing escutcheons at exterior canopy pendents.

Items on c/n are complete, inspection passed.

Noted several items in need of correction including door hardware, emergency lighting, provide address numbers, provide fire extinguishers as discussed, signage at the main entry/exit, indicated basic requirements attatched to permit.
