tim - please call 1/2 hr prior Phone #: ###-####. ok for temp occ. Needs to complete second phase of job on seperate bld permit prior to receiving permanant occupancy. Reason for tis is because the project related fire sprinkler is tied to second phase of job which has a seperate bldg. permit. Also spoke to contractor about common area restroom with no egress to outside. All other tenants have locking hardware on doors to common area restrooms except for the empty tenant space. This will become an issue when empty tenant space is to be occupied.
