210.12- All outlets located in bedroom areas shall have AFCI protection, device shall be located where circuit receives its source.
250.140- Range and dryer circuits shall be 4-wire. Frames of appliance shall have bond with seperate equipment grounds.
314.25- All boxes shall have covers. Receptacles, switches, lights hanging on wires.
406.12- All 120 volt 15 and 20 amp receptacles shall be tamper resistant type.
408.4- Circuit directory shall be complete.
422.31- Appliances shall have a disconnecting means. DW, WH. 110.25 lockouts acceptable. * Explained only licensed wireman employed by him are allowed to perform work.
* No smoke detectors installed.
* To remove receptacle from west soffit and cord that is attached that runs to back of garage.
