This conference was for advice on placement of the strobes at the mobile bleachers. I stated my concerns and told them this would need to be discussed with sam rogers. We also discussed the placement of spot type versus sample tube type smoke detectors for the mechanical room.

Plan review comments are now on site but the approved plans are not. The address the tenant is occupying is different than what is listed on the permit. The dead bolt locks need removed from the two offices and the fire extinguisher inspected.

This is for the cafeteria. Inspection for the cafeteria failed due to upright heads located in the northwest corner being too far down from the deck. Per Mike insulation will be installed to match the other areas. Also the first hanger attachment I checked was not installed per NFPA 13 - 9.1.5.6.1. Piping cannot be covered in the cafeteria until I can reverify these two items. Shilo Automatic Sprinkler and the general contractor requested permission to cover the piping in all of the classrooms. I denied this request due to acces to the piping for inspection. Also the piping as installed is not approved at this time.
