Received complaint from Boise City Sewer facility on Joplin about mud from swimming pool construction occuring on site above Joplin road. They thought contractor was pushing dirt over slope. Inspection of property indicated slope failure was occuring. Found no permits had been issued for swimming pool work, retaining wall work, landscaping on slope or internal remodeling.
