Issued Stop Work Order--Posted on telephone pole. Per last weeks correction notice all applicable conditions attached to ESC permit were to be in place by the end of the day on 2/27/05 or stop work was to be issued. No provisions in place currently; concrete was washed out at main road way into work site, no const. entrance, no trash container etc. Call for re-inspection when complete. 2/28/2005 8:13:57 AM
