Inspection was for a partial on the underground supply line and remote FDC. Both pipes from the stub out to roughly twenty feet were not at the required bury depth of 4'6". The only piping in the trench was the twenty feet. Also the new FDC location has not been approved yet

Not all of the work is complete. Sprinkler rough-in is complete for the most part. Still missing the canopy over the sidewall heads on the driving range and the plywood soffit is not complete.

No inspection performed. Need fire alarm permit to be finaled first. The fire alarm permit failed today.

John was not at the job site and could not get the fire alarm people here to test the two smoke detectors for door release while I was here. It will have to be rescheduled. Per Per what Ron Hill told John the entire second floor fire inspection is tied into this small remodel permit.

The only item tested was the first floor a/v's. Many are overspaced. Strobes are lacking in the corridors formed by the full height racks in the stockrooms. THe racks also form corridors without a/v's within 15' of the ends. Also noted some offices on the second floor that have well over one person in them and not a/v's. No sound levels have been verified yet or end of line voltage drops.
