James Rodgers (Boise City Erosion Control) followed up on a complaint from West Boise Wastewater. James noticed that work was being done without permits at 11844 W. Chinden. James could see this work from Joplin Rd. James notified George Slane, who authorized me to check out and issue a Stop Work order if I verified work in progress. Stop Work order issued because of the following: Interior remodel in progress. Materials on jobsite including Framing lumber, Lights, sheetrock, granite, ceiling grid, and Old sinks. Swimming pool, Paver or concrete decks, Retaining walls over 4' tall, surface water drains terminating on steep slope, and slope failure and erosion.
