Post one fire extinguisher for the second level with current certification tag per plans, provide approved hardware at two doors from an office on the 2nd level-see plan annotations, repair one EM light/exit sign at the south exit door, provide one PFE within allowable travel distances for the 1st floor area, permanent address numbers and correct verbage at the sign for the main entry/exit to be provided as discussed.
