Walk job to see whats needed for temporary occupancy - 1. Fire, and Fire/Smoke dampers installed in openings, or opening temporarily protected to meet the same rating as required for dampers (1hr, 2hr, ect.) 2. The ERV’s that serve the area being occupied need to be complete, and operational to provide ventilation/exhaust air to that area. 3. The parking garage exhaust need to be completed and operational prior to being able to occupy the garage. 4. The boiler needs to be operational to provide heat to the occupied areas. 5. The heat pumps in the occupied area need to be complete and operational to provide heat to the areas. 6. The issues with the boiler venting need to be resolved. (this is Mountain West Mechanicals issue)

Call Cary for access need cover for shaft 4th floor and cover for 5th floor. Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by David Tully - Okay to cover guest rooms on the 5th floor except for rooms 502, 528, need to remove fire caulk from around dampers on the 3rd, and 4th floors.
