Cody Riddle Head of plan review has approved the installation of an electric fence for the wild dog and hiena enclosures as an exeption to BCC 4-05-31(B).
As per 210.8(B)(4)- Outdoor receptacle power supply for electric fence does require GFCI protection. To prevent nuisance tripping creating a dangerous situation for handlers unit would be ok to hardwire with a disconnecting means provided, 110.25 lockout acceptacle.
General contractor to fill in hole in front of panels ASAP as per 240.24(A).
