Portions of the remodel area per red lines on approved plan set sheet E2.0L passed fire life safety inspection. Remainder of permit scope work not yet finished including three rooms and one hallway with new door.

Ductile riser and stub out connection to the yard PIV at the NE corner of the building okayed for cover, discussed bedding material install, noted PIV final adjustment to be provided at 3' above finish grade when complete, see stamped plan set for initials and location of work inspected today.

See approved plan set for red-line annotations indicating deficient items including locations where heads are too close to light fixture junction boxes and may become obstructed due to surface mounted lights, ordinary temp. heads must be at least 5' from the front of the fireplace, noted one head too close to a heat diffuser, pendent head at a bedroom is too close to a ceiling fan (maintain min. 3' from the down rod), the CPVC riser must be installed per listing, noted several areas lacking correct tenting for cold cavity protection, missing nailer plates at both main level risers, installation is not approved for cover at this time.
