1. Clean up all hard surface of all sediemtn and debris.
2. Pick up all trash debris and place into the proper container.
Failure to comply will result in a Stop Work Order. Will re-inspect on 2/6/09 AM.

Verbal Correction to RP:
CLean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris by the end of the day or prior to any storm event. Will re-inspect on 2/6/09. AM

Correction Notice to RP via phone call:
1. Clean all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris.
2. Maintain storm drain inlet within the parking lot.
Complete by 2/6/09 or prior to any storm event. Will re-inspect on 2/6/09 11am. Failure to comply will result in a stop work order.
