Inspection conducted 2/4; changed permit status to ISSUED since it was finaled without being stabilized. Snowmelt runoff and precipitation in January have led to complaints and issues. Jayo did re-install wattles, but there are still issues and wattles are not trenched in. Will continue inspect site till stabilization and installation of satisfactory BMPs occurs.
