No perimeter protection BMPs for all the dirt dug for basement and storm predicted for weekend. Will discuss with RP and reinspect. Currently no discharges or sediment leaving site, but could be a problem.

Work appears to have recently resumed around the site and the BLD was recently extended in December 2014. No trackout onto culdesce and hillsides appear stable with no rill or gully erosion. Need to establish if there is a new RP.
No ESC corrections currently but did see dump trucks hauling away dirt currently and speeding through neighborhood area.

CN issued to sweep up mess and restrict access on front of yard or lay boards over the mud until it dries. Mud is not yet migrating down gutter, but needs to be cleaned before weekend and more rain.

Permit is posted and most CBH projects within Drop Zone are free of trackout. Approved to start work.

Correction issued: No more site preps approved until a lined concrete washout with a sign is provided. Currently dumping at end of Ardyce and causing trackout and uncontained washout spreading across soil.

Site hillsides that have been tracked and hydroseeded, drainage divirsion channel and silt fence perimeter are preventing erosion and keeping sediment from leaving site

Corrections needed:

1. Clean out upper DI bag on entrance to culdesac and sweep up accumulated dirt and sand around inlet.

2. Assist in cleanup of illicit cement washout done by Somerset Village SFH contractors and post signage preventing more washout. Use designated pit.
