Corrections noted at the previous inspection including a/v and pull station locations and non-functional sounder bases at three rooms verified for completion. FACP phone lines, batteries, AC power, SD above panel, and first floor nac tested okay. Notification devices for the 1st thru 4th floors tested - noted lacking coverage at the first floor vending/ice room, dB above 110 at two public restrooms (corrected while on site), a/v at the maintenance managers office on the 3rd floor does not function, sounder bases at three rooms 236, 336,and 436 do not function on general alarm. Also tested initating devices for the 1st and 2nd floors (manual pull stations and SD's only). Need to provide access for visual inspection of FSD functionality at some areas. Still need to test 3rd and 4th floor alarm initiation, elevator recall at both cars, 3rd and 4th floor nac panels, and check account and signal reciept information.

Offices at some locations are overspaced due to room construction not meeting the criteria for the "small room" rule.

See red-lined areas on city stamped plan set for overhead rough-in locations approved for cover, noted two heads at the entry vestibule to be changed to QR, and two drops not yet installed.

Fire life safety is acceptable, noted signage at the main entry/exit door "door to remain unlocked while building is occupied" to be posted proir to structural final for verification of compliance.
