Met with RP, J. Larkin, Discussed plan modification. Making MS4 system "inactive" on internal street based on conditions. Conditions includes 1) fabric and plywood attached to drop inlets, 2) daily scraping and sweeping of streets, 3) plan to remove water if pooling of water exist into control basins 4) monitor and address construction exit to achieve MEP on track out onto ACHD streets.
