When testing fire alarm, permit# FIR08-00046. Found that doors to elevator lobbys when released upon a fire alarm did not close correctly. Also found an aging permit #FIR03-00788 has not been finaled. This permit is for elevator recall, in duct detection with dampers and heat detection in elevator room. This building permit can't be finaled until FIR03-00788 is finaled do to life safety.Also found many sprinkler heads on 2nd floor covered with tape due to painting.Tape will also have to be removed before final inspection.
