Executive bath 1 is 1 is not. 406.3(E)- All non locking-type 125 volt, 15 and 20 amp receptacles that are controlled by an automatic control device for the purpose of energy management or building automation shall be marked with the controlled symbol and the word "controlled". Permenant stamp acceptable.

Receptacle outlets added at verious locations aftere hours by other not covered by this permit. An electrical contractor shall secure permit for work not covered by this scope of work.
Marked receptacles in question on this contractor print in red.
Wiring for receptacles on level 3 conference rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and level 5 conference rooms 7, 8, 10 under shelves. Elevevator wiring to be verified by this permit as it is in scope of work.

Manager of US bank very helpful and provided access to panels around right side of teller station. Building maintainance opened panel on right and pneumatic still remains, runs from top to bottom, "T" located near bottom, and exits at 2 locations. Gave building maintainance a card and asked them to call when corrected.
