Site must be cleared of all debris. All disturbed soil must be stabilized. There is a vegitative buffer along Division Ave. But along alley way the soil has not been cleared of debris and has not been stabilized. 8-17 ordinance requires to do so.

1. Construction Entrance
2. Post Signage at front of Main Entrance
3. Designated Parking area
4. Need to have a local "RP" for the day to day activity.
Will reinspect on 02/12/08 at 8:00am.
If Notice is not address to the full, a "Stop Work Order" will be given.
