1. Need to reseed some areas on the upper side of Paso Fino.
2. Need to have builders or grounds crew pick up litter and materials that have blown off sites.
3. Need to check all DI bags and stormdrains for dirt/sediment accumulation. Found about half of the bags on inlets are full of dirt.

Email developer; will work with individual builders to make corrections as well.

Hackberry Ranch is mostly stable, just need to do some BMP maintenance and make sure the storm drainage system does not get clogged up with sedment.

WIP on SFHs in Antelope Springs. DI bags are in good conditions, open/unoccupied parcels with mud and puddles have restricted access. No trackout to Parsnip Peak or Warm Springs. Site perimeter is containing sediment and no issues with drainage system.

Building has been demolished and site has been cleaned with all construction debris removed. The site has been graded flat and is a pit run/sandy river material. No vegetation requested due to site being location of further park construction activities in near feature

Currently the area has restricted vehicle access with large boulders and locked gate, but the porta-pot service truck (river park portapots - not construction related) has made the road muddy and also crosses the Greenbelt path to access a restroom.

Temp Occupancy issued for bond on the native grass seeding that will occur. ESC permit will stay open to monitor revegetation which will begin as conditions allow. No corrections needed.
