one of the tenants will let you in-work w/o permits-says ele is unsafe...found electrical work being done without permits, work being done not by a licensed electrical contractor, and multiple electrical code violations thru out residence. It is believed that home owner is doing work and has modified residence to rent multiple rooms out. 9 rooms at present time are labelled on doors. The framing and electrical work looks to create a 10th room. Unable to verify smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors installed in rooms. Unable to inspect all areas of residence. A stop work order was posted at location with a correction notice. Picturs were taken of code violations and visible electrical and structural work being done.
