Heads are overspaced at location adjacent to office wall and sales floor (exceeding 130ft/2), related demo permit FIR06-00010 must be called in for final, per plan review notes a plan re-submittal is required-see items #1thru 5, perform forward flow test for the backflow preventer (note: system riser modification may be required), system alarm and supervision must be tested and approved prior to final for this sprinkler permit.

Door closures have been adjusted, SD have been relocated in some units as required, exhaust fans have been connected to the light switch in the bathrooms, the smoke detectors in unit 422 have NOT been relocated to proper locations as required, no access to three units at this time due to tenant occupation.
