Received call from ACHD, Inspector 460 visited site and provide a report to ESC Inspector 420. Called applicant, consultent and Eng. Reminder all parties of the conditions of the permit. Discharges not to exceed pre-development flows into Wallings Creek. Informed parties to manage de-watering according to local and Federal regulations. Inspection will occur on Thursday 3-11 afternoon and if problems persist then a stop work on de-watering will be issued.
