Meet RP on site. BMPs include perimeter straw wattle and preservation of existing grass and trees.
Parcel has Crane Creek running diagonal across lot, the Creek is lined with sandstone bricks and covered by concrete slab. Sandstone channel and slab are to be undisturbed and left as is. To keep vehicles and any stockpiling off the unsupported slab a silt fence will be installed on either side of creek. The house will be west of channel, and the detached garage to the east off the ally.
Permit onsite. BMPs installed. DI on Dewey is clogged with leaves and debris unrelated to construction.

Requested that Lysted Street south of construction entrance receive special sweeping attention today during the on-site sweeper rounds. It appears it has not been swept since last week, or new dirt is tracked out each day.
Petra supervisor JC stated that this afernoon it will be taken care off. Rain is forecasted for tomorrow.
Rest of site is in good condtion with no major trackout or loose sediment areas.

Permit posted on fence. Loading/unloading will be from Tio Leo, RP will sweep up any trackout. Nearest inlet is over 50 M to the south and is quite flat, waived inlet protection if trackout is cleaned up as it is created.
