Site visit this date w/Garner. Posted structure unsafe to occupy. Electrical/gas services still on. Intermountain gas informed me they are paying bills online. Structure has been abandoned for approximately 1 year. Stench and fecal matter in dwelling prohibits entry. Garner is exploring a few leads and determination on how to proceed will be decided after his findings.
