Sprinkler coverage is lacking in one area as shown on the approved plans. Also there are atleast three locations where new/relocated pendants are piped from the same 1" outlet which is not allowed as per review comment #5. Verify that the existing sprinkler system is current with its annual inspection.

The existing fire/smoke dampers did not function. They are currently in the closed state and appear to be stuck. All other items passed.
