This is one where the service has been off for more than a year so IPCO requires an inspection. Daryl DeGrange looked at it before and noticed a clearance problem around the meter. I understand they moved the A/C to resolve that problem. For access there is a spigot out front by the front door. There is a rock to the right of it and they left a key underneath it. Thank You.
