Entrance off Phillipi has been closed. Landscaping is in progress. Need to finish stabilization of the area next to Greenbelt path extension and a final sweeping of surrounding hard sufaces. No trackout or non-stormwater discharges.

Will continue to monitor for stabilization/revegetation.

Returned by Terraces site to see if corrections and clean up were completed on Lysted, which was dirty due to trackout from east construction entrance.

At time of inspection, the sweeper unit had passed over the street and workers were push brooming and shoveling up the dirt that was left behind. Street looks much better and amound of sediment in gutter has been significantly reduced. Receiving inlet has DI filter bag with capacity.

No other areas of new trackout observed

No subdivsion development work occuring at this time. Open parcels are blocked off to prevent trackout. DI's have sediment protection and the site perimeter contains runoff to treatment & retention areas.

Some SFHs currently being landscaped so road is dirty from materials and congestion. Will request that builders have sweeper on a weekend when there isnt so many worker vehicles blocking areas.

Involta Data Center is complete and operational. The site grounds and stormwater retention pond were hydroseeded this week. Coverage looks good.

Will keep permit open to check that grass will grow. No violations at site.

Note: Trench work along Victory View in ROW by seperate contractor was not cleaned up. Calling ACHD inspector to see if I can get a contact to clean it up.

Report received of stockpiling and general mess making in the sidewalk & gutter.

Site is currently being landscapers. Workers had piled dirt on sidewalk to build berm. Upon arrival berm was mostly complete and 3 workers were sweeping up the sidewalk and gutter.

No trackout or discharges occuring, drop inlet on Five Miles has sediment protection. Will check back to make sure site has been well as the landscaping is completed.
