1. AC whips need THHN, romex used right now.
2. 2nd AC has non-rated outdoor wiring.
3. Identify neutrals as hot wires in AC disconnects, also max fuse for AC installed is 25a. A 30a brkr is installed right now.
4. No GFI protection in garage.
5. Spark rings needed in all backsplash locatations.
6. GFI protection needed on back of kitchen island facing living.
7. Weather proof on back patio cannot be on with kitchen appliance circuit.
8. All bedroom lights need GFI protection. Verify smoke detectors are on ARC fault circuit.
9. Boxes in bonus need cover plates and lights need installed a long with stairwell.
10. 14-3 in bonus above panel needs installed in a box with wire nuts and blanked off.
A licensed electrical contractor needs to be hired to complete all corrections. Posted notices on front window.
