The leak at the riser supply piping has not been repaired, discovered an additional leak at a closet sprinkler head in one apartment unit, travel cap at one ssu in a mechanical closet has not been removed, one defective pendent at a stairway needs replaced, missing escutcheon at one DSW, noted two additional painted heads in need of replacement including a DSW and one pendent at a stairway. Recommend contractor to perform a complete walkthrough of the project prior to scheduling a final inspection. Re-inspection fees will apply to the next field visit for project final.
