Completed new fire alarm system testing for the networked panel, interconnection to building one, phase two sprinkler system monitoring, notification appliances for the basement parking garage, and elevator monitoring/recall. Common corridors and apartment units not tested at this time, noted wall mounted horn locations are not in compliance with NFPA 72 2002 7.4.6.1- see also fire code review note #28, elevator fire doors at some floors are not adjusted or missing smoke seals, the main entry door mag locks failed to drop out on alarm condition.

Demo work has been completed, however two small restrooms and one electrical closet at the south side of the scope of work are to remain and will still require sprinkler coverage.

The leak at the riser supply piping has not been repaired, discovered an additional leak at a closet sprinkler head in one apartment unit, travel cap at one ssu in a mechanical closet has not been removed, one defective pendent at a stairway needs replaced, missing escutcheon at one DSW, noted two additional painted heads in need of replacement including a DSW and one pendent at a stairway. Recommend contractor to perform a complete walkthrough of the project prior to scheduling a final inspection. Re-inspection fees will apply to the next field visit for project final.

Incorrect device addresses at unit 102 amended while on site, relocated smoke alarms are acceptable, fire alarm work passed field testing, permit finaled.

Provide fire dept. access lane marking per fire code review notes, noted painted and covered fire sprinkler heads at various locations to be replaced prior to final.
