Construction entrance installed on one side of project need to install proper entrance on the other side of fairview. Everything slopes into project, no perimeter protection needed. Basin installed but not complete. Needs to have a soil stabilizer to all disturbed soil.

Left a message for the RP in regards to the tracking coming off of project into the apartment community and into the Washington Mutal parking lot. Also the ESC permit needs to be posted. Will re-inspect 3/14/07.
