After stop work was placed on the project the contactor took the inititive to clean up all sediment off of all the hard surface and devert all runoff form the construction area towards the road back into the the project area. Will re-inspect tomorrow to inspect site condition once again.

Stop all activities. Only allowed to correctthe discharge over the greenbelt into the Wallings corridor that has generated a turbid discharge and created rilling throught the recently placed top soil. Will be meeting with the RP on corrective actions that are occuring at this time and ost discharge structures today or on 3/14/2012.
