Sprinkler rough-in at the office area hard lid ceilings is approved for cover, noted one head to be installed under the stairway combustible concealed space, sidewinder sammy screws for hanger attatchments must be installed per manufacturers listing requirements, new DP heads at the beer cooler are acceptable as installed pending the addition of three heads where refrigeration units block coverage. NOTE: The existing ESFR upright heads at the warehouse area have been compromised by the placement of new insulation and backing at the roof deck resulting in sprinkler obstruction and violation of the head listing, permit will not be finaled until this situation is corrected.

Noted this is the wrong permit number requested for inspection-apparently intended for overhead work for the phase two building. Completed sprinkler monitoring testing for flows, tampers and floor control valves, noted one painted head at the first floor entryway, no other areas inspected at this time.

Per contractor, the required off site monitoring account has not been initiated. Final system testing and acceptance cannot be completed until monitoring is on line-see fire code review note #2 for details. Prior to final inspection the NFPA 72 "Inspection and Testing Form" fig. 10.6.2.3 must be completed including a copy of the supervising station signals report.
