Spoke with Ryan (RP) via telephone. Pond for contaminated water needs lined as per plan. As a result of the ACHD dewatering inspection, they have re-routed the ROW dewatering to the field on Harris Ranch property to the north where it is allowed to infiltrate. Obtained permission from Jim Conger. Told Ryan to update his SWPPP to reflect this change. Confirmed with PW superintendent.

Status of topsoil stockpile and concrete rubble? Per Mike at Spiers contruction, the topsoil stockpile is being actively worked and will be used to fill the planters for landscaping. The rest will be hauled off.
