FIR13-00070 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in/Hydro3/14/20133/15/20133/15/2013 3:27:03 PMPFAIL
Hydro test of the wet system failed due to visable leakage at the drain weld on the riser. Earth quake bracing needs to be modifed as discussed and connected to the main piping instead of the lateral bracing. Plans need to be resubmitted showing the actual grid piping layout. We were unable to get the dry system to pump up to perform a hydro test. Rough-in inspection for the piping as installed passed.
FIR12-00574 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in/Hydro3/14/20133/15/20133/15/2013 3:21:43 PMAPASS
Under ground hydro test passed.

FIR12-00433 INSP-Alarm Testing3/13/20133/15/20133/15/2013 9:08:44 AMAFAIL
The approved "plan modification" drawings are not provided, pull station is too high, batteries are too small, sample tubes are too short (per silent knight tech support), need as-builts showing the deleted devices, per conversation only one of the hvac unit shuts down immediately upon detection of smoke. No actual testing was performed.
