No stabized entrance on the south side of Fairiew. Discussed with RP over the situation and also Steve Webb discussed the situation over getting this issue corrected. It is not suffient to just sweep street when track out occurs. It must be pervented with an access control.

Have put an efort towards coming compliant but, still need to supply a trash container and to clean up with sediment on sidewalk. Will re-inspect on Wensday. Steve Webb will be calling regarding the issues pertaining with project.

Walked w/ super (onsite RP). Needs to re-install Silt fence correctly. Needs to re stabilize all (3) construction entrances. Keep up on tracking off of project. Need more protection on D.I. at front of project to the left of trailer.
Will re-inspect Wensday.
