discussed with the on-site RP (in the process of changing over the RP) over trackig control. They are is the process of widening entrances and will be putting up some type of access control. Still track is occuring of of project area. Will re-inspect on Friday.

Discussed with RP over the track out onto McGregor Ct. Told him what the requirments for a construction entrance. Gave him to the end of today to get the tracking cleaned up. Will re-inspect on Thursday to see how the construction entrance and access control is coming along.
