Landscaping being performed during inspection. Site perimeter controls have been removed but site is being sodded and wash rock so site should be stable by the end of the day. Informed contractor to sweep all hard surfaces and have stockpile of rock removed by the end of the day.

Overall site looks good, dewatering into bare ditch could be counter productive but considering the distance to river, holding capacty of basin, density of vegetation and HSG soils (A) appears to be no major problem.
